Log into your Chiara account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original box with all tags attached, ensuring you include the printed return slip provided in your digital confirmation.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location; we recommend obtaining a receipt for tracking purposes.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our atelier receives your return, we will inspect the garments and process your refund or exchange within 5 to 7 business days.
